This Privacy Policy sets out how Digitread Connect AS, being the controller, may use, process and store your personal information as one of our business contacts.

This information may be used in connection with billing and information exchange, answering inquiries, providing information about our services and sending newsletters. Our processing of personal information is based on our legitimate interests.

We do not sell or disclose your personal data to other companies. We may use third party data processors to process personal information on our behalf. This may involve use of suppliers of web hotels, mail services, software and cloud based services, suppliers of accounting and audit services, consultants, and public authorities in relation with statutory reporting.

We enter into data processing agreements with all data processors we work with in order to ensure information security. As we are constantly aiming to deliver our services in the best and most secure way, the data processors we use are constantly changing. Our website is built and operated by Oase Media AS with the Duda CMS platform and is hosted on Amazon Web Server (AWS) through Duda. These data processors' privacy policies may be found on the respective websites.

We do not transfer personal information to countries outside the EU/EEA.

Such information is collected to analyse the use of our website, to ensure that the visitor statistics are reliable and to increase the functionality of our website.
