Your Responsibilities

• Own the experience strategy & product vision for future products
• Implement successful product experiences for Digitread Connect’s applications & digital platform
• Work with other software platforms such as Appfarm, Google Cloud & MongoDB
• Collaborate with product owners, customers, visual designers, and platform delivery teams to ensure effective and efficient design and delivery of the digital customer experience
• Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts

Who you are

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled) in a design-related college program (graphic design, HCI, interaction, visual)
• A hands-on UX front ender
• A desire to go beyond pixels: You do whatever it takes to solve the problem. You’re curious how business, social, technical, and behavioral factors impact the UX across customers’ journeys inside and outside the product UX.
• Strong social, written, and oral communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
• Willingness to receive constructive criticism and the ability to contribute to the creative spirit of the design team and company
• Love of all things design 

We build our applications through Appfarm. Appfarm is a no-code platform that allows you to build applications without coding. This means that you don’t have to be an experienced developer to create applications. However, good UX does not come by itself, and where we want to strengthen our competence through you.
